Jan, was exceptional! This store was well stocked. I didn't know what yarn to buy. I asked Jan for her suggestions and explained what I wanted to make with the yarn I was buying. She was so helpful!! I bought a lot of yarn. It was sooo soft & silky to the touch. It should be excellent to work with. Jan and I discussed an issue that if I needed more yarn for my projects, it would not be a problem! I could talk to her on the phone about it. I would buy the yarn over the phone, + shipping and she would mail it to me. I live in Central TX, now that's service!!
